Trusting Our Inner Voice

Over the course of life we have been taught to always be logical. We have always pushed our emotions into the background. Be reasonable, act logically, we have become unable to hear ourselves because it is a logical move. But those who told us this forgot that the most important thing that makes a person human is emotions. What kind of world can there be without emotions? What kind of person do we become if we don’t show our emotions? Isn’t it like ice? How do you think we feel when talking with faces that have the same dull expression, whether they laugh or cry, with countless aesthetics on their faces? Our inner voice was always with us, but very few of us listened. Our intuitions are information that we do not know how and when we learned it. First we feel it, then we try to understand what it is with our logic. The reactions of our body are ahead of our logic, that is, our consciousness. What we call intuition is something that cannot be proven scientifically for now. Without realizing it, we form our intuitions with what we have gained from our experiences. Now, after this preliminary reminder, I wanted to remind you of a feature we sometimes forget. Listening to our inner voice! With the help of a little exercise, we will understand how the right choice is. In every decision we make in every business we do, we must first turn to our intuitions and listen to them and take action, and also take notes of everything we do. Then, when we look back, we test whether our inner voice guided us correctly or incorrectly. If our inner voice says don’t do it, let’s wait for a while and reevaluate, but if that inner voice says “DO NOT” in an annoying way, let’s not do it. If our inner voice is giving positive signals for something, let’s not jump right in. Let’s wait and reevaluate. If our heart says “YES”, let’s do it. If we try this application for a week, we can at least notice some points. I hear this complaint from many people. I listened to my inner voice, but I shouldn’t have listened. Let’s not confuse our instincts with our inner voice, please. There is both logic and emotion in our inner voice. However, our impulses express that we act purely on emotional needs. If you say who is talking to me and I can’t understand, first try to stay calm. You need to learn to listen to your body and inward in silence. I learned to listen to this through meditation. Some learn in seclusion, others by controlling their reactions in life. The road is our way. It goes through us first. The more we know ourselves, the happier we are.

I wish you a day full of love
